Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the lifespan of these LiFePO4 batteries?
Our LiFePO4 batteries provide 4000+ cycles, which is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries (typically 300-500 cycles).
Q2: Does the system include a Battery Management System (BMS)?
Yes, every pack has a built-in BMS that protects against overcharge, deep discharge, overheating, and short circuits. It also includes a high-temperature disconnect at 75°C (167°F).
Q3: Are these batteries safe for indoor installation?
Yes, LiFePO4 is chemically stable and resistant to combustion. Our batteries are CE certified and do not contain heavy metals, making them safe "green" batteries for indoor use.
Q4: Can I use a standard charger for these batteries?
We recommend using a dedicated LiFePO4 charger. You can also charge via solar panels with an MPPT controller or use an inverter with built-in AC-to-DC charging.
Q5: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, we do not have an MOQ limit. Sample orders of 1 piece are available for testing.
Q6: Do the batteries work in cold temperatures?
The BMS includes low-temperature protection. Charging is allowed between 0°C to 55°C, and discharging between -20°C to 65°C to prevent cell damage.
