What information is required for a price inquiry?
We need to know the capacity (number of persons), number of floors/stops, shaft size (width and depth), whether there is a machine room, and specific escalator dimensions if applicable.
What are the payment and trade terms?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Standard trade terms include FOB, CFR, and CIF, working with reliable forwarders or your own preferred shipping partner.
How is the elevator packaged?
All parts are packed in solid wooden cases. A standard 20' container is usually sufficient to load one 6-floor elevator set.
How do you handle installation and maintenance?
We provide guidebooks and technical support for local engineers. If required, we can send engineers to guide installation and train your workers on-site.
